Amanda ‘Mandy’ Jackson is an Associate Attorney at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC, practicing in Oil & Gas and Litigation. During law school, Mandy focused on property, business, and transactional law.
Mandy earned her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law (2021), along with a Business & Transactional Law Certificate. During law school, Mandy took advantage of the many property and business courses offered, including: Real Estate Transactions, Oil & Gas Contracts and Tax, Mergers & Acquisitions, Federal Securities Regulations, Non-Profit Organizations, Transactional Law Practicum, Secured Transactions, and Unincorporated Business Entities. In addition to her business related focus, Mandy received the Larry Siria Community Service Award for her work in the OU Legal Clinic representing clients in court through both the Civil and Criminal Clinics.
Mandy is licensed to practice law in Montana. She is based in the Denver office for Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
