Austin Dunlap is one of the founding attorneys and is currently Of Counsel to Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. Prior to attending law school, Austin worked in law enforcement as a deputy sheriff. His experience directed his legal studies and subsequent career into criminal law. After working a short time as a Deputy County Attorney in Sweetwater County, Wyoming, Austin took the opportunity to move back to Texas and begin his career in Oil & Gas and Energy Law.

Austin focuses his practice on complex oil and gas title issues in the Rocky Mountain states. He has worked one on one resolving unique drilling and exploration issues with his clients. Austin has worked on multiple oil and gas mergers and acquisitions providing due diligence examination. He has assisted in resolving title issues in Wyoming, Utah, North Dakota, Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, and Pennsylvania.

Austin Dunlap is licensed to practice law in Wyoming and Utah, and was recently admitted to practice in federal court for the District of Wyoming. He lives and works in Jackson, Wyoming.
