Lee Carr is a Senior Attorney at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis whose practice is focused on oil and gas and real estate law. His practice includes, and is particularly focused on, litigation in these areas of the law. Lee’s litigation experience includes all levels, from the trial level through the appellate level, resulting in published representative cases in the majority of Louisiana’s appellate districts as well as practice guides. He has also been a regular lecturer on property and title law issues at approved continuing education seminars.
Lee has garnered experience with respect to mineral ownership and title, including expertise in the realm of navigable waterbodies as it pertains to mineral title. His clients range from large multi-national corporations, to small businesses and individual landowners.
Lee is based out of the Houston office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
