
Bradley A. Taylor
Bradley Taylor is an Senior Attorney to Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University in 2007 and earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law, Houston in 2011.
While pursuing his J.D., Bradley worked as a Research Assistant to his First Amendment Professor and as an independent landman providing courthouse research and filings. He continued to provide land and title services to law firms and E&P companies until 2015, when he joined a major Presidential campaign as Counsel in charge of ballot access and delegate selection.
Bradley joined Percussion Petroleum in 2017 as an in-house landman. He provided due diligence on acquisitions and divestitures, drafted, and negotiated land contracts, including leases, operating agreements, pipeline right-of-way agreements, deeds and other conveyances, and advised on projects covering Federal, State and Fee lands. After the sale of Percussion in 2019, Bradley wrote original and supplemental drilling, division order and acquisition title opinions covering lands all over the State of Texas.
Bradley is licensed to practice law in Texas. He is based in the Houston, Texas, office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
