Bridgette Halley
Bridgette Halley is a Senior Attorney in the Oil and Gas Division with Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC, with nearly 16 years of experience helping clients navigate title issues.
After graduating from Texas A & M University School of Law in 2007, Bridgette began her career as a landman performing title examination and curative work throughout various counties in East and West Texas. To date, she has authored several hundred title opinions covering operations throughout the State of Texas.
In addition to oil and gas work, Bridgette has operated a real estate closing office and represented clients in family law, estate planning, probate and guardianship, and bankruptcy matters.
Bridgette is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and the Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas for the United States District Court.
