
Gabriela Salinas
Gabriela Salinas is a law clerk at Kearney, McWilliams and Davis, PLLC. Gaby assists attorneys in client matters involving oil and gas, family & corporate immigration, and estate planning matters.
Gaby attends St. Mary’s University School of Law and will graduate in Spring 2024. She earned her degree in Political Science with a minor in Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio. During her time as an immigration student attorney, Gaby traveled to detention centers to prepare women for their credible fear interviews. Additionally, Gaby has co-authored a Texas Bar CLE paper regarding Excessive Force and her first-year law school brief was awarded the “Excellence in Writing Award Best of All Sections” by the St. Mary’s Law Journal.
In her spare time, Gaby enjoys working out, spending time with her fiancé & dog, and grilling with family & friends.
Gaby is fluent in Spanish and is based in the San Antonio office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
