Garrett Wilkerson is a Senior Attorney at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. Garrett practices in oil, gas, and mineral law, with a primary focus in title examination and the preparation of drilling, supplemental, and division order title opinions. In addition to upstream practice, Garrett has represented clients in all aspects of residential, commercial, agricultural, and recreational real estate transactions, from title review to closing, and in estate and litigation matters involving real property ownership and use.
