Kourtney is a Paralegal at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. She assists attorneys with client litigation. She is organized, a quick learner, and committed to delivering high level administrative support to senior-level staff.

Kourtney earned her A.A.S. Degree in Paralegal Studies from Center of Advanced Legal Studies. She has over 7 years of experience managing daily administrative support tasks and operations in the legal industry. Before joining Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC, she served as a Legal Secretary for Fee, Smith & Sharp, and a Legal Administrative Assistant for Steven S. Toeppich & Associates.

When Kourtney is not assisting attorneys, she spends time with her daughter, Karsyn. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and trying new restaurants.

Kourtney is based in the Houston office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
