Laura C. Schuck

Laura Schuck is a Senior Attorney at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.  Laura has over 20 years’ experience in the legal field, beginning as a litigation paralegal prior to becoming an attorney.  For the last nearly decade as a licensed attorney, Laura has focused her practice primarily on oil and gas title, as well as conducting due diligence in connection with acquisitions.  Additionally, Laura has conducted title reviews related to uranium mining claims.

Laura earned her J.D. from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in 2017, where she focused on Environmental and Natural Resources Law. While at DU, Laura also completed an externship with the Veterans Advocacy Project, assisting veterans with disability claims and discharge upgrades, as well as preparing a successful appeal before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

When not working, Laura enjoys beachcombing with her two dogs and exploring state and national parks.

Laura is licensed in Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico with licensure in her native Washington State pending.  Although currently living in Washington, Laura maintains deep ties to Colorado and is based out of the Denver Office.
