Leah K. Nelson

Leah Nelson is a senior paralegal at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. She assists attorneys in client matters involving oil and gas, general business matters, and litigation.

Leah's experience includes drafting Drilling and Division Order Title Opinions for examining attorneys. She drafts unreleased Deeds of Trust, unreleased Oil and Gas Leases, and Rights of Ways and Easements that need to be included in the Title Opinions. For Drilling and Title Opinions, Ms. Nelson assists in editing and formatting the Opinions for the examining attorneys. She also assists the attorneys in client matters involving oil & gas, general business matters, and litigation.

Leah earned her BA Degree in Criminal Justice & Political Science from Rockhurst University and has also obtained her paralegal certificate. Leah is based in the Denver office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
