Melanie Adams

Melanie Adams is a regulatory and legal assistant and the office administrator for the Denver office at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. She assists attorneys in client matters involving oil and gas and regulatory affairs.

Melanie’s experience includes advising clients on regulatory affairs for oil and gas matters. She also assists other non-attorney staff in the drafting of oil and gas leases and associated documents for title opinions, as well as editing and formatting final title opinions for the examining attorneys. She has nearly twenty years of combined in-house oil and gas and land broker experience.

Melanie holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Denver and an MS in Environmental Policy and Natural Resource Management from the University of Denver University College. Before joining Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, LLC, Melanie served as the manager for regulatory compliance clients a leading Denver-based land services and regulatory firm.

Melanie is based in the Denver, Colorado office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
