Norbert J. Lovato, J.D., is a Senior Attorney with Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. Norbert began his career as an Independent Petroleum Landman and solo practitioner specializing in title examination of Fee, Federal and State Lands in the Rocky Mountain Region. As a Landmen working in Texas, Utah, Wyoming, and Colorado fostering he developed extensive experience in the Permian, Uintah, Powder River and DJ/Wattenburg Basins for the acquisition, development, and divestiture of assets in the oil and gas industry.
