Reagan N. LaFleur

Reagan LaFleur is an Attorney in the Energy & Natural Resources practice group at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. She has experience in the oil and gas industry with a focus on assisting clients in all aspects of upstream oil and gas exploration and production. Her practice focuses on acquisitions and divestitures of assets, title examination, curative, and due diligence efforts relating to the disposition of producing and nonproducing oil and gas assets.

Prior to joining the firm, Reagan gained experience in range of corporate and transactional matters pertaining to real estate transactions, corporate compliance, business regulation, corporate governance, and energy financing.

Reagan is licensed to practice law in Texas and is based out of the Houston office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
