Attorney
RJ Feltman is an Associate Attorney at Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC. He practices in oil, gas, and mineral law, with a primary focus in title examination and the preparation of drilling, supplemental, and division order title opinions. In addition to upstream practice, RJ has represented clients in a variety of commercial litigation and real estate matters, as well as general estate planning and business transactions involving real property ownership and corporate transactions.
RJ is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is based out of the Houston office of Kearney, McWilliams & Davis, PLLC.
